Can't See Page Heading
If you go to our homepage and all you see is a blank area or an outline of a box with a red X in the corner, try this:
If you are using Internet Explorer, check your settings:
- Go to Tools, click on Internet Options.
- Under Browsing History click on Settings.
- Under Temporary Internet Files, make sure "Check for newer version of stored pages AUTOMATICALLY" is selected.
- Click Okay.
If you are using Internet Explorer, please make sure you are upgraded to Internet Explorer 8. If the website is not loading correctly (heading with Online Banking is not showing up), and you are using Firefox or another web browser, please let us know.
Bill Pay Error
If you are trying to sign up for Bill Pay and are getting a message that says, "Option 1," you probably have your pop-up blocker turned on.

Text Message, E-mail, or Phone Call Asking for Personal Information
If you receive a text message, e-mail, or phone call from someone claiming to be South Central Credit Union or any other financial institution that is asking for personal information, DO NOT REPLY TO IT! We will, under no circumstances, ever call, text or e-mail you to ask you your account number(s), social security number or any other personal information. This is a scam! Please do not fall for it.
